Our 1:1 Telehealth sessions in counselling, psychology, occupational therapy, and speech pathology are tailored to your unique goals, delivered with precision, warmth, and expertise. From the comfort of your own space, experience the highest standard of personalised support, designed to nurture growth, confidence, and connection
NeuroACT
Our program is carefully tailored to empower individuals in effectively navigating stressful situations commonly encountered, such as sensory overload (including sounds, smells, and tactile experiences), difficulties with emotional and bodily awareness and regulation, unfamiliar social occasions and environmental changes, and overwhelming social demands.
Dungeons & Dragons
Online Dungeons & Dragons groups for teens, led by a counsellor, provide a structured, therapeutic role-play environment that supports social confidence, communication skills, emotional regulation, teamwork, and problem-solving. Through guided storytelling and collaborative decision-making, participants safely practise real-world interaction, perspective-taking, and self-expression while building peer connection and resilience.
Assessment
We provide comprehensive, evidence-informed autism and ADHD assessments for adolescents and young adults, designed to clarify strengths, challenges, and support needs across home, school, and social settings. Our multidisciplinary-informed process includes interviews, standardised measures, and practical recommendations to guide diagnosis, accommodations, and personalised intervention planning.
Social Stencil
Social Stencil is a small-group, psychologist-led online social skills program for children that builds confidence, emotional awareness, and positive peer interaction through structured, engaging activities. Sessions focus on communication, flexible thinking, and real-world social problem-solving, helping children practise and apply skills in a supportive peer setting.
